IRITAQ (international research institute for Tafsir al-Quran) is a new attempt under the auspice of jifri muthukoya thangal, to research the field of Quran aiming at answering several false accusations against Quran. This institute is located at Jamiya jalaliya Mundakkulam.

Therefore, IRITAQ facilitates learning on ground of Quran and implement Scientific experiments and researches to establish an ideal study with systematicity and host new outcomes or investigate exhaustively. The English lexicon research refers to re-search or to dig deep into inner most of research problem. Despite the fact that human intelligence is limited, the research enables us to draw new conclusion from within our limitations. The mentioned research activity also has enormous significance in Islamic tradition as the prophet s and companions stood with the investigations and research activities to their level best during their time period. More over the idea of thinking and rethinking the ideals without going away from the mentioned circle of belief systems is one among the necessities of this age. Quran ask the humanity “do they not ponder over the holy Quran or their hearts are locked?”.

We live in world where false accusation and incorrect injections against Quran are more in number. Many of the self-proclaimed atheists acknowledge the fact that they have accepted the preferred area of criticism for their livelihood. It is not limited to the atheism though they occupy the lion share but also the allegations against Quran in the forms of websites and exegesis with incorrect interpretations are part and partial of the anti-Muslims hate crimes. They have one thing in common. That is to negate the Quran by taking out pieces of verses without looking in to contextual meaning, sound exegesis and interpretations.

In all-Inclusive as depicted above, vested interest of the aforementioned in demonising religion through demonising Quran is active behind the curtains. So, this is a high time to stand with IRITAQ project. As It deserves attention and worth support. By the help of almighty, this will eventually occupy as global network of Sunni scholars who stand shoulder to shoulder for greater cause of qur’anic research.
