RESEARCH PROGRAMME

The most notable undertaking is the research programme on the noble Tafsir al-Quran. Admission will be open to scholars who are qualified to conduct research on commentaries on the Qura'n. The scholars will be given full-time research guidance under capable supervisors.

Other short and long term research programmes will be designed and conducted accordingly.

IRITAQ plans step-by-step implementation of various academic programs that will help clear misgivings and disseminate the true messages and ideas of the noble al- Quran.

PRE RESEARCH PROGRAMME

Advanced PG diploma in Tafsir al Quran is a pre research programme run under the department of Advanced Islamic Studies and Research of IRITAQ. The programme aims at preparing a group of specialised scholars who has advanced skills in comprehending, analysing and researching the holy Quran and its interpretations. 1. Learning Outcomes

By the completion of the programme student will be able to
1. Comprehend Quran and its various interpretations from Ahlu Sunna Val Jamaha perspective.
2. Analyse Qur’anic text by making associations between the commentaries from various interpretations and translations of Quran.
3. Interpret Qur’anic verses from Ahlu Sunna perspective.
